Beypore Beach - Kerala

Where?
Towards the southern Kerala is paradise that is 10kms away from Kozhikode. Beach is formed by Chliyar River.

Why Beypore Beach?
Relax yourself as you see waves of Arabian Sea approaching you. You can take a walk on stone bridge, which takes you 2kms in Arabian Sea. As this beach is not so “touristy” you can enjoy the peace and purity of natures music.

What else?
There is a historic boat yard located near Beypore beach. Take out some time from your tour and do visit this boat-building yard where they construct “uru”, which is traditional vessel. it is truly an amazing experience. You can take a boat tour into the sea with local fisherman and enjoy fishing.

How do I get there?
Beypore is connected by road to Calicut, which is 11kms away. Calicut airport is at Karipur and is 23 km from Calicut city center. Loads of domestic flights from all the main cities of India fly to Calicut.

There are loads of hotels, resorts and guesthouses at Calicut. Besides you can also stay at Beypore, as there are few lodges and guesthouse there.
