Where?
Diu and Daman are a union territory of India. This union territory is 11hrs from Ahmedabad.

Why DiuBeach?
Nagoa Beach and Jallandhar Beach are two beaches, which are worth a visit when you make your trip to Diu. The city has an impressive Portuguese construction that is very visible as you visit the city. Diu is 13kms long and 3kms wide. Ghoghla is another piece of land that is attached to the main land. Nagoa beach is 7kms from the main city. The crescent shaped beach is very relaxing and calm place. Jallandhar Beach is generally known for its sunset. However a woman should be careful while taking a sunbath.

What else?
Portugese Nagar Seth’s haveli is a huge house and definitely has breath taking beauty. Three old church namely St Paul and St Thomas which has attractive architecture and mid boggling paintings. St Francis of Assisi Church is now converted to hospital.

There are direct flights that operate from Mumbai. The closest station by train is Delwada railway station, which is about 8kms from main city of Diu.
