Located in the heart of Calangute Market Place at Calangute in North Goa, is the restaurant called Oceanic. It is a family-run restaurant, presently managed by Noel Carvalho, who takes personal interest in all the dishes cooked and served. This place was started in 1980 and since then, it has been a favorite destination for locals as well as tourists. The menu has an extensive list of all cuisines. Goan, Indian and Continental cuisine is what they are famous for. They serve authentic seafood cooked in Goan style. They do a great job with the Tandoori Fish, Shark in Lemon Butter, Chicken Tikka Masala, King Prawns Tandoor and Calamari preparations. One can take an aerial view of the city from this vantage point, while sipping drinks served in the bar which is well stocked.
